PharmaHorse Post Workout

Post workout is specially formulated for horses after intense training. It contains essential ingredients such as amino acids and antioxidants to support rapid recovery and muscle well-being. Amino acids provide the storage of vitamins, minerals and proteins among others. Essential amino acids are not produced by the horse's body and must be absorbed through diet. Non-essential amino acids can be produced by the horse itself, but are also important.  Post workout includes:

• Essential amino acids: L-Lysine, Phenylalanine, L-Valine and Histidine
• Non-essential amino acids: L-Glutamine

After an intense workout, using the right supplements can help speed recovery and promote muscle gain in horses. Post workout can also help reduce muscle damage and improve protein absorption.
