The Bucas Atlantic Turnout range is a rugged addition to the Bucas range of robust and durable turnouts offering protection across a broad range of temperatures.
The Atlantic Range has a Ballistic Nylon outer (1680 denier) and introduces our silky Dermo-care lining with wicking and Stay-dry properties that helps to keep the horse dry and the coat smooth and soft.
The Atlantic has a Click’n Go front closure with magnetic Snap-lock to help keep the rug securely fastened on your horse. It is the perfect fit with shoulder darts and Ballistic nylon shell with waterproof and breathable coating. With a great choice of insulation, 50g, 200g and 400g, you are bound to find a suitable weight for all weathers.

Ballistic Nylon means the pattern of the weave that makes the material less prone to tearing, it is a very tough fabric which is very durable and less resistant to tearing.
Layering System
Layer system means that this rug can be used with other Bucas rugs as to double up the insulation with the combination of the rugs together.
Shoulder Darts
Shoulder Darts helps to give your horse a more tailored fit across the chest and shoulder area. These are a signature design feature from Bucas.
Click 'n go
Click'n Go is a special patented closure only available from Bucas. Easy for a human to close and open but difficult for your horse to open!
Snap-lock
Snap-lock magnetic closure help keep you Bucas rug secure on your horse. It eliminates the use of Hook & Loop closures on the chest making it a more comfortable fit for your horse.
Fillet String
Fillet string prevents our rug from flipping up your horses back while they relax in their field. It also helps to secure your rug on our horse.
Big Neck
Big Neck style is a great fit for stallions and breeds of horses that tend to be wider across the shoulders like Connemara's, Friesian's, Andalusian and Draught's.
